This is a service provided by Dubai Courts relating to the ratification of the personal signatures of parties to the transaction in person or in the presence of their representative to verify their capacity and their knowledge of the subject of the document.

Documents
• Upload proof of identity (Emirates ID/ Passport) in PDF format. • Upload the affidavit form in PDF format. • Upload proof of identity for the attorney and conferred powers (if any) in PDF format. • Upload marine craft license cancellation paper issued by competent authority if the craft is officially registered in PDF format. • Upload purchase bill for marine craft duly attested by competent authorities if the craft is not officially registered in the UAE in PDF format. • Upload all relevant contracts and documents such as drawings, title deeds, vehicle possession certificate, trade license for companies and establishments, initial approvals from competent authorities, memorandum of association and its addenda in PDF format. • Upload trademark registration certificate with competent authorities (for waiver of trademark) in PDF format.
Conditions
• If the amount is mentioned, the currency should be in UAE dirham. • For share transfer, the transferee should be a partner in the company. • For trademark waiver, the trademark shall be registered with competent authorities. • The creditor shall apply for a replacement copy if the document with writ of execution endorsed is lost by obtaining certificate of lost document through any police station in the Emirate of Dubai. • Submit a written request to Chief Justice to obtain a duplicate of the document with writ of execution endorsed. • The affiant shall be 21 years of lunar calendar or above if the Affidavit is for civil matters. • The affiant shall be 18 years or above if the Affidavit is for commercial matters. • For online attestation, concerned parties shall be holders of a valid Emirates ID. • The concerned party shall appear in person before the Notary Public if he/she holds passport only and No Emirates ID. • If one of the parties is legally incapacitated, their legal guardian may appear on his/her behalf upon approval from competent authority. • For documents which are not in Arabic language, a legal translation duly certified by Ministry of Justice- UAE should be produced. For documents issued outside the UAE, the same should be duly attested by competent authorities namely: Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the respective country, UAE Embassy in the respective country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation- UAE.
Fees
- Authentication of the signatures in the deed, which does not exceed one hundred thousand dirham, for the signature of each party of the deed AED 300 - Ratification of signatures in the deed whom value exceeds one hundred thousand dirham (0.5%) of the value of the deed and a maximum of AED (15,000) - Ratification of signatures in the deed whom value is not specified AED (200) on the signature of each party of the deed - Entering the transaction data electronically by the notary public (AED 100) on the signature of each party of the deed AED 100
