Term and Condition |
1.Applicant should be holder of a recognized degree in the related field and in line with experience he intended to practise.
2.The resident applicant must have a valid resident permit in the country.

3.The applicant must be possessing certificate of good conduct and behavior.
4.Must be registered at the Ministry of Economics ( as working auditors).
5.Must have experience not less than 5 years in the concerned field. (for citizens).
6.Must have experience not less than 15 years in the concerned field. (non citizens)
7.Should have valid professional license or work through an office in Dubai.
8.If he is working through an office, he should present permission from the office owner?s for practicing the expertise work through his office.
9.No Objection Certificate from his employer.
10.Submitting original of two Arabic consulting report prepared by him as an evidence of practicing his work in the field of expertise.
11.Duly attested membership certificate in(accountant, engineer) association.
12.Enrolment certificate in Justice Ministry.
13.Enrolment certificate at arbitration center.
14.All non Arabic document should be legally translated in to Arabic.
15.A personal interview after preliminary approval.
16.Taking legal auth.
